The location was amazing, just a short walk to the nearest beach, with a restaurant nearby and even a basketball court for some fun activities. 😊 The staff here were super friendly and easy to talk to.

Exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful hotel managed by welcoming people. I had outstanding and amazing room with good sized window and microwave, as example. The staff provided friendly service and assisted with everything I needed. The property had a great location just walking distance from Centro Maya. The property was set in a local area. Food was delicious and I have nothing but great memories from this trip.

Great service here! The room had AC, which was a huge plus. The location of this place is super convenient, just next to a restaurant which makes it easy to grab a bite to eat. It's also close to the city center 🌟, but because of that, it might get a bit noisy at night, so it could be tough to get a good night's sleep.

One of the best aspects was the rooftop pool, which offered a refreshing and enjoyable experience during my Easter holiday. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby amenities such as laundry facilities and supermarkets. Being close to the 5th Avenue allowed for convenient exploration of the surrounding area.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the Wi-Fi was very unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

I loved staying at this hotel! It's in a great location with plenty of coffee shops nearby. The beach is also close by, and it was easy to get to the city center for some fun. The staff was very friendly and the housekeeping was great. The air conditioning worked really well, which is important when it's hot outside. The pool was lovely, especially the rooftop infinity pool with a beautiful view. The sun loungers were comfortable and it was great hanging out on the sun terrace. Also, the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch.

The friendly and helpful reception staff even took me to their beauty salon. The location was excellent, with plenty of cafes and fruit shops nearby. The rooftop pool and lounge area were fabulous, plus the hotel provided excellent WiFi and TV with access to Netflix. a great choice for those looking for a modern and centrally located hotel.
